Buy-A-Blazer reserves the right to switch carriers with "equivalent levels of service" to meet shipping estimates. USPS and Fedex use dimensional weight to calculate shipping charges. We simply default to the carrier which best suits the package size.
Address Correction - USPS does not currently have a mechanism in place for updating delivery addresses once a package is in transit. Package loss due to providing incomplete or incorrect addresses are the customers responsibility. Fedex charges $25.00 to correct or update an address while a package is in transit, pre delivery. Any such changes will be charged to the customer. When shipping to a place of business be sure to specify the business name to avoid potential Fedex correction charges.
Free Standard Shipping - typically delivers within 7 business days (Not Guaranteed) and is available for orders with merchandise totaling $250.00 & up. Free shipping is available for orders shipping to contiguous U.S. addresses only and is not available for residents of Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from a refund if returned merchandise results in a net total of less than $250.00. Free shipping is not applicable for exchanges. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount offer or promotion.
Buy-A-Blazer is not responsible for losses resulting from package theft or porch piracy. Home delivery carries an inherent risk. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. After FEDEX or the United States Postal Service confirms delivery, they will not accept claims for missing items.
